TRINITI performed the assessment of the legislative framework required for the development of the international airport in the Latvian capital Riga. A concept was developed for the acquisition of territories required for the further prospective development of the airport, and the legislative acts required for implementation of the concept were drafted. The planned investment totalled 250 M EUR
