Reform of Personal Data Protection: how to prepare for it?

The European Parliament adopted the General Data Protection Regulation text, which was introduced in 2012. The current directive, which was adopted in 1995 when the internet was far less modern than today, will be abolished when the new regulation will enter into force. This reform, which is recognized as a highly innovative, will provide more rights for data subjects.
