TRINITI successfully represented a seller of a device in a dispute with lessees concerning claims for compensation entailed in cancelling a lease contract. The Court adopted the view that as the lease object is already taxed by value added tax in a financial lease situation, its value at the time of return must also be based on its value together with value added tax (its price).
