The company “Danpower Baltic” is managed by “Danpower GmbH” and a renewable energy company “GECO investicijos” in equal parts. Meanwhile, 84.9% of the shares of “Danpower GmbH” are owned by Hannover municipal utility “Stadtwerke Hannover AG”, working with the “Enercity” brand. “Stadtwerke Hannover AG” is one of the biggest municipal utilities in Germany, operating in Hannover. The company has 2500 employees and its sales peak at 2.3 billion euros.
